Features
15°/360° indexing in C-axis direction on machining center.
Processing in 24 directions can be completed with a single unit.
Double-headed type also enables drilling and tapping with a single unit with 180° flipping.
High precise indexing and positioning by taper pin system
High rigid design in head section enables also endmill cutting.
Requirements and how to operate
- C-axis indexing function in your machining center is necessary.
- Through-air function in spindle is required.（MIN.0.3MPa）
- Positioning block to machine side is required.
- Check for interference inside ATC magazine
- Positioning pin, drive keyway angle and cutting edge direction can be set as desired.
- In case of single axis head, front edge shaft turns in the reverse direction of spindle rotating direction.
- In case of double axis head, dia20mm front edge shaft turns in the reverse direction of spindle rotating direction,and dia10mm front edge shaft turns in the same direction of spindle rotation direction.
